HSP – Hardware Support Policy. This is a hardware replacement and engineering support contract for all hardware related issues. This guarantees access to a qualified support Engineer 24/7/365 to troubleshoot and resolve your issue. Data Storage Solutions’ HSP covers the Engineering time and also next Business day hardware replacement of any failed part. You can choose our onsite spares kit for an even faster turn around time on replacement parts.

SSP – Software Support Policy. This policy covers all aspects of supporting your software. Need to create a VIF, add an ISCSI LUN, create a new aggregate and balance your spindle count?  These items and more can be done with our SSP.  You can also use our SSP to just have an Engineer review your AutoSupport and make performance and reliability recommendations.
