HSP – Hardware Support Policy. This is a hardware replacement and engineering support contract for all hardware related issues.
SSP – Software Support Policy. This is a policy where you purchase blocks of 5, 10, and 20 hours for all aspects of supporting your filer’s software.
ECP – Employee Contractor Program, Need someone to work on your current systems or recommend and install new infrastructure? This program is a step above the normal hour to hour contractor. We not only work to resolve any issues you may have but to insure you have an acting part time employee. Some of our customers use our support team as there only IT support while others rely on us to augment their current IT staff.
